Blackthorn Lake Marina, on the River Nene at Ringstead in Northamptonshire, has a slipway and a floating paint dock for hire. The marina does not publish sizes, prices or what is included. Ask the office about maximum length, beam and weight, whether you can do your own blacking or painting, and how far ahead to book. Contact the office on 01933 622038, or use the contact form on the marina’s website and choose the Slip Way or Floating Paint Dock department. The office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and is closed on Sunday.
